Arrange access, inspection or collection as needed. Obtain written return and account-status confirmation.

Understand the account outcome.

A request alone does not close your account. Your agreement determines fees, remaining obligations and treatment of previous payments or credits. Confirm the outcome in writing after the return is accepted.

Are previous payments refunded?

Refunds or credits are determined by the agreement; they are not automatic.

Does turn-in automatically cancel every balance?

No automatic balance cancellation is promised. Review the agreement and account outcome.

What if the building is at my home?

Collection and access arrangements must be confirmed. Applicable costs will be explained before scheduling.
