Can anyone transfer?
No. You must be eligible under your agreement, and the destination and move must be approved.
Does a transfer mean I own the building?
A transfer changes location. Ownership depends on completing the purchase under your agreement.
Can I switch to a larger model?
Changing buildings is an Xchange. A transfer moves your current building. Each request has its own review and terms.
Are transfers free?
Moving costs and any applicable fees are quoted before you confirm.
Can I keep my belongings inside during the move?
Follow the specific instructions provided for your approved move. Do not assume belongings can remain inside.
